Personal Coaching with William Skea

Have a skilled rock climber, ice climber, ultrarunner, and alpinist to coach you through your training. Whatever your objective, we can make it possible.

With my 1:1 coaching, you will receive the following:

  • A custom tailored training plan that meets your objective, laid out 1-2 weeks in advanced so you can make adjustments for your work, family, injuries, and sickness.
  • Premium-level access to Training Peaks, the centralized web and phone app that lets us plan, track, and analyze your workouts all in one place.
  • Daily contact via Whatsapp, email, and phone calls, or in-person if available in the Blue Mountains or Sydney.
  • Daily analysis and feedback on every workout via Training Peaks.
  • Daily adjustments to workouts as needed.
  • Technical climbing skills advice, including a roadmap of the skills needed to learn for your objective.
  • Access to my online library of technical handbooks, adventure novels, and audiobooks.
  • Access to one of my chest heart rate monitors to use during your training.
  • Nutritional advice from me for your training and your objective.

Signing up for my coaching has a 4-month minimum commitment and an average of 12-hours per week of training requirement. This is to allow enough time to see significant improvements in your fitness.

Billing: After signing up for 4-months, coaching is billed on a per-monthly basis.

My coaching is $450 AUD per month.
